Our 16ft car trailers come with a range of high-quality features as standard including a 100 x 50 x 3mm RHS drawbar brought right back to the spring hangers with a center beam for bracing rather than just a 400mm drawbar under the deck. Additionally, our 16ft car trailers are built with LED lights, full-width cross members, full RHS chassis rails and an extra upright post for extra support for trailers with top rails.

Each car trailer we build is made to the highest standard with guards filled in with sheet metal for extra protection and we use proper lash rings for the tie downs. We also use 45mm solid square axles on with Ford bearings on our 2-tonne trailers rather than hollow axles for maximum durability.

Our 16ft car trailers are also highly customisable with a range of optional upgrades and extras available including rated lash rings, stone guards, tyre racks and a tilt option for low cars. We also offer the option of 2 channels with an open center rather than a full floor, with an available upgrade to rocker roller suspension and/or a mechanical winch and winch post. We can also customise your car trailer to have longer ramps, a duragal chassis or a beaver tail.
